Cancel subscription

You can cancel your Go Vignette monthly subscription anytime at the end of the current billing period — with no notice period (0 days). After you cancel, you keep access through the end of the paid period; then billing stops.
By email
Email support@go-vignette.com with the email used for your subscription and your license plate. We will complete the cancellation for you. We usually reply within 1–2 business days.
What happens after you cancel
- No further monthly charges after the period ends.
- E-vignettes already issued for paid periods stay valid until their own end date; they are not prorated or refunded.
- You can subscribe again later if you need the flatrate again.
