This Privacy Policy applies to Go Vignette (go-vignette.com), an independent online intermediary for Austrian digital motorway vignettes and monthly subscriptions.

• Contact: email address for confirmation, subscription management and support.
• Vehicle: license plate and registration country to register the e-vignette.
• Payments: processed by Stripe; we store Stripe customer/subscription IDs and invoice references, not full card numbers.
• Subscription: status, billing periods and links to fulfilment orders (one vignette per paid period).
• Technical: server logs and cookie/consent status where required.

3. Purposes

Contract performance (vignette purchase/subscription), billing, fraud prevention, legal duties and support.

4. Recipients

Stripe (payments and customer portal), hosting/database providers, and where needed the official toll operator to register the vignette.

5. Retention

As long as needed for the contract, accounting and legal retention; then deletion or anonymisation.

6. Your rights
